Dried persimmon is a specialty of cold climates like Lam Dong province in Vietnam. Especially coming from the sweet and chewy taste of fresh persimmons that are preserved during the drying process. Dried persimmons do not use any preservatives but also retain a lot of vitamins necessary for health.
